Every dollar raised stays right here in our community and enables Hospice Prince Edward to provide personalized, compassionate support, free of charge, to those in need of our services.
The funding we receive through Home and Community Care Support Services each year will only meet 24% of our needs, the remaining 76% comes from people like you, people who believe in Hospice and want to ensure that our services are available in Prince Edward County over the long term.

GIFTS IN MEMORY
A gift in memory of a friend or a loved one is a special way to support Hospice. It is a thoughtful remembrance, and an alternative to funeral flowers. Many people make an annual contribution “In Memory" of friends or loved ones who have passed.
“In Honor” gifts are a wonderful way to commemorate a holiday, birthday, wedding or other special occasion.
Hospice Prince Edward will notify the family of your gift.
MONTHLY GIVING
Your affordable monthly donation adds up to big support for Hospice Prince Edward.
Monthly gifts provide us with extra security and enable us to plan our year with confidence and allows you to give in a sustainable way that is manageable for your budget.
Monthly gifts are debited directly from your bank account monthly and we send you a charitable receipt at the end of each year. It's easy for you and reduces our administrative costs. When you donate your securities directly, instead of selling the shares and donating the proceeds, capital gains aren’t subject to tax. This means that Hospice Prince Edward receives a larger gift, and you receive a receipt for the full value of your eligible securities or mutual funds. Hospice Prince Edward has several opportunities throughout the year to sponsor special events.
We will work with your business to identify an opportunity that will give you exposure to your key demographic and promote your good work in the community. Examples of events seeking corporate sponsors include Hike for Hospice, The Val MacDonald Memorial Golf for Hospice, and Handbags for Hospice.
